Colin Coles – Managing Director – Colin brings to the company 48 years experience in the coal and metalliferous mining industry in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and The Northern Territory. Colin, who is a Fitter by trade, has performed roles of project and site manager of shutdowns and overhauls, maintenance workshop management, as well as heavy engineering services and fabrication.

Mitchell Coles – Area Manager – Mitchell has 19 year’s experience in the coal mining industry in Queensland and New South Wales. Mitchell is a dual trade fitter and boilermaker and holds a drafting qualification. He has been involved in roles such as supervisor of shutdowns, overhauls and workshop management.
